[财政金融学院学生第一党支部开展“不忘初心，牢记使命”主题教育党日活动](https://finance.hutb.edu.cn/xyxw/content_39873) - [财政金融学院召开中秋暨国庆师生慰问交流座谈会](https://finance.hutb.edu.cn/xyxw/content_39874) ## 一级栏目 - [学院概况](https://finance.hutb.edu.cn/xygk) – 财政金融学院是湖南乃至中部地区重要的财金人才培养基地，办学条件一直居于省内第一方阵。学院顺应数字经济和数智财金发展大趋势，秉承“交叉融合、数智引领、守正创新”的办学理念，与时俱进优化人才培养体系，逐渐彰显数智财金人才的新特色与新优势。学院现有管理科学与工程一级学科博士点（金融科技与金融工程方向），设有金融学、数量经济学、金融工程、财政学四个学术硕士培养点，以及金融、保险、税务、MBA（数智金融与产融管理方向）四个专业硕士培养点；开设金融学（含智慧金融与科技监管院士卓越班、卓越金融CFA班）、金融科技、投资学、金融工程、保险学、财政学、税收学七个本科专业和绿色金融科技微专业、金融学辅修学位班两个新型人才培养项目，形成了“本-硕-博”贯通式人才培养体系。金融学（2019，首批）、保险学入选国家级一流本科专业建设点，财政学入选省级一流本科专业建设点，《保险学》《财政学》课程入选国家一流课程，是同时拥有金融类国家一流专业建设点，国家一流课程和国家级教学竞赛奖的财金学院。学院以创新与开放的姿态，努力建设一流水平的财金专业，打造出一支层次较高、学缘结构合理、梯次有序的师资队伍。学院现有教职员工60人（专任教师46人）。专任教师中，教授8人，副教授23人，讲师15人，高级职称占比67%。博士42人，占比91%。拥有国家级教学竞赛获奖者1人，湖南省“新世纪121人才工程”人选3人，“湖湘青年英才”人选4人，省学科带头人1人，省优秀教师1人，省级教学能手3人，省级青年骨干教师5人，有在加州大学伯克利分校、洛杉矶分校、华盛顿州立大学、德国汉堡大学等海外名校留学经历者10余人，双师型教师比例达50%以上。学院依托立项博士点建设，面向国家重大战略需求，坚持推进跨学科研究，强化学科交叉融合，开辟前沿、交叉学科发展方向。积极融入“数字经济与智慧管理”、“双碳与绿色技术”等学校交叉学科建设群，在“数字供应链金融”、“风险与智慧金融监管”、“数理金融与计算金融”、“金融经济学（零碳金融）”、“绿色金融科技”等学科领域的建设取得了显著的成绩。近年来已获得国家级科研项目40项（其中科技部国家重点研发计划重点专项课题1项、国家社科基金重点项目2项）；以第一作者在《经济研究》《管理世界》《管理科学学报》Journal of International Financial Markets,Institutions&Money等国内外高水平期刊发表学术论文103篇；出版著作39部；获得省部级科研成果奖8项、教学成果奖5项，研究报告获得省级及以上领导批示15次，获得国家发明专利12项、软件著作权27项，各类地方委托项目和横向项目135项，主编教材13本。学院已获批湖南省“区域金融创新研究基地”、“区域战略与规划研究基地”与“金融风险度量、控制与政策” 科技创新团队；拥有陈晓红院士领衔的校级“智慧金融与科技监管研究院”，并参与院士主持的数据智能与智慧社会国家重点实验室培育项目。成立了地方金融研究所、资本市场与企业文化研究中心、乡村振兴与金融支持研究所、财政与金融大数据研究中心、数量经济与风险管理研究所、金融科技研究所、智能投融资决策研究所等校院级研究平台。学院认真贯彻落实“新工科+新商科+新医科+新文科”与理科融合发展的理念，切实推进“学科学院小交叉、学校大交叉”，着力培养创新型、创业型、应用型、复合型高素质人才。“十四五”本科教学规划分别设立“金融科技”、“数智保险”、“数智财政”等交叉融合专业，结合金融科技和低碳前沿增设“绿色金融微科技”专业，强化卓越金融CFA实验班国际特色，大力培养交叉融合“四型”财金人才。已获批湖南省“金融专硕培养创新实践基地”、“金融学专业创新创业教育基地”、“财税复合型人才校企合作创新创业教育基地”、“湖南工商大学-泰康人寿保险有限责任公司湖南分公司校企合作创新创业教育基地”、“智慧金融人才创新创业教育中心”等6个省级创新创业教育基地和中心。学院重视国际化办学，积极拓展国际交流，目前与美国、西班牙等国高等院校建立了多种形式的教育交流合作关系，鼓励中外学生进行互换交流和深造；为师生搭建了国际化的教学和科研平台，选派教师赴国外进修或讲学。长期以来，学院始终坚持落实“立德树人”根本任务，不断提高教育教学水平，提升人才培养质量，已累计为社会输送高级专门人才近万人。毕业生广泛就职于各大银行、金融机构、财政税务部门及其他企事业单位，深受用人单位好评。 （截至2026年3月20日） -
