主讲人简介：CARL R. CHEN教授，美国戴顿大学William J. Hoben教授，美国乔治亚大学经济学博士，International Review of Economics and Finance创刊主编，Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting，Journal of Financial Research等多个期刊副主编。其主要研究方向为资产定价异象、公司治理、管理层薪酬、对冲基金、衍生金融资产等，已先后在Journalof Financial and Quantitative Analysis，Review of Financial Economics，Journal of Corporate Finance，Journal of Banking and Finance等国际学术期刊上发表多篇论文。
